- Open Acer Care Center or AcerSense from the Start menu.
- Choose Checkup and run the scan.
- Review the results for the battery, storage, network and system, and follow the suggested fixes.
Battery and BIOS
- Run powercfg /batteryreport in Command Prompt and compare Full charge capacity with Design capacity.
- Press F2 at startup to open the BIOS and confirm the processor, memory and storage.
