This policy explains what information MxMob ("we", "us") collects when you visit mxmob.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. It applies to this website only.

Information we collect

Information you give us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to reply and to act on corrections, and we retain it only as long as needed for that purpose.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers record standard request data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, the pages you requested and the time of the request. This is used to serve the site, diagnose faults, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

We store a small preference in your browser's local storage to remember whether you chose light or dark mode. It contains no identifier, never leaves your device, and is not sent to us.

Advertising and cookies

This site is supported by advertising. We work with Google, including Google AdSense, to display advertisements.

Our lawful bases are: legitimate interest for operating and securing the site, and consent for personalised advertising cookies.

Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information is collected and for what purpose, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by the Act. Data retention and transfers

Server request logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes and then discarded. The site is served from a global content delivery network, so requests may be processed in a country other than your own. Advertising partners operate their own infrastructure and retention schedules.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We do not operate user accounts, do not ask for passwords, and do not process payments, so we hold no credentials or financial data.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, and will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted on the page.
