Pricing questions
Is there a discount for my first inspection?
Yes. Your first inspection is $3.99 instead of $4.99. In Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Philippines, Egypt, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Nepal, every inspection is $2.99. The price for you is shown on the checkout button before you pay.
Is there a subscription?
No. Live Remote Inspection is a one-time payment of $4.99 per device. You are never charged again unless you buy another inspection.
What does one purchase include?
One inspection session for one device: a private seller link, the live view of every test and check, the handover check when the device arrives, and the signed record, kept for 90 days.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so the total may be a little more than $4.99 depending on where you live.
How is the inspection delivered?
Live Remote Inspection is a digital software product delivered immediately upon payment. You are redirected straight to your private buyer console with your seller link, and an email confirmation receipt is sent to you. No physical goods are shipped.
Who processes the payment?
Our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) is the Merchant of Record. They handle the checkout, payment security (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant), receipts, and global sales tax or VAT. MxMob never sees or stores your card number. Transactions are subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and privacy policy.
Which payment methods can I use?
Major credit and debit cards, and the other methods Lemon Squeezy offers in your country at checkout, such as PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What if the seller never opens the link?
If the seller never opens the link within 6 days, request a refund on mxmob.com and you get 100% of your money back through Lemon Squeezy. You can also apply directly through our online refund form on our Refund Policy page or email support@mxmob.com.
Do the free tools stay free?
Yes. Every test, checker and finder on MxMob is free; it only needs a free account. Only Live Remote Inspection is paid.
