Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mxmob.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Ismail Farooq trading as MxMob, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan ("MxMob," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Free tools, provided "as is"

MxMob offers free browser-based phone diagnostic tests, charging compatibility checkers and accessory finders. Results depend on your device, browser, permissions and settings, and they are for general information only. They are not a professional inspection, repair diagnosis or warranty assessment.

• Do not rely solely on our results when buying, selling, repairing or insuring a device. Confirm important findings with the manufacturer, your carrier or a qualified repair technician.
• Tests such as the speaker water-eject tone, vibration and flashlight briefly use your hardware. Stop any test if your device becomes hot or behaves unexpectedly.
• Water ejection tones are not a substitute for professional water-damage repair and are not guaranteed to remove water.
• Charging speeds and compatibility are estimates based on published specifications and may differ in real-world use.

2. Live Remote Inspection (paid digital product)

Live Remote Inspection is self-serve web software. One purchase ($4.99, a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription) gives you one inspection session for one device: a private link the seller opens in a browser, a live view of MxMob's automated tests and checks, and a signed digital record kept for 90 days. It is delivered instantly online by our software. No MxMob staff take part in the session, and nothing physical is shipped.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com / Sold through Link, LLC). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, customer billing inquiries, sales tax and VAT calculation and remittance, and processing of returns. When you place an order, your transaction is subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Inquiries regarding inspection functionality or session support should be directed to support@mxmob.com.

Digital Delivery & Instant Access

Live Remote Inspection is delivered entirely electronically. Upon successful payment confirmation through Lemon Squeezy, access to your inspection session and private seller link is granted immediately on screen, and an access link and receipt are sent to the email address provided at checkout. No physical goods will be shipped, and there are no shipping charges or physical delivery delays.

Pricing & Recurring Fees Disclosure

All prices are stated in US Dollars: $4.99 USD standard, with a lower price for a first inspection and in some countries, as shown on the checkout button and at checkout before you pay. This purchase is a single, one-time payment for one device inspection session. MxMob does not charge any recurring subscription fees, automatic membership renewals, or hidden charges. Lemon Squeezy calculates and displays any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout before you confirm payment.

Terms of Purchase & Usage

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
• Your seller link is generated immediately upon payment confirmation. By purchasing, you request immediate access to the digital service, and you acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the inspection service has been fully performed. Prior to completion, our Refund Policy applies.
• The seller link remains valid for 6 days following payment. If the seller never opens the link within 6 days, User can apply for refund on mxmob.com and we'll give a 100% full refund through Lemon Squeezy. For technical issues or other refund requests within 14 days, see our Refund Policy.
• An inspection is an automated record of what the device's browser reported and the seller's actions during the active session. It is not an in-person professional inspection, an insurance appraisal, a warranty, or a guarantee of the device's legal ownership or operational longevity. Items indicated as "marked by seller" represent the seller's own declaration.
• MxMob is not a party to the commercial transaction between buyer and seller and does not assume liability for the condition of the physical device, payment between buyer and seller, or physical shipment.
• The seller must own the device or possess explicit authorization from the owner to test it, and must not attempt to manipulate or falsify results. The seller must consent before any diagnostic data is shared and may terminate the session at any time by closing the browser window. The buyer must not use the inspection tool to harass the seller or obtain personal data unrelated to the purchase.
• Inspection records and associated photos are maintained on our secure servers for 90 days at a private link that you may share, such as with a marketplace or payment provider during a dispute.

3. Accounts

You don't need an account to use MxMob. If you choose to sign in with Google or an email address, keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Site. To delete your account and its data, email support@mxmob.com from the address you signed in with.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at a volume that degrades service, abusing the speed test endpoint, reverse engineering it for a competing service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Affiliate links and advertising

The Site contains ads served by Google AdSense and affiliate links to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, MxMob earns from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made with the third-party retailer, not with MxMob, and are subject to that retailer's terms, pricing, shipping and return policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites or services. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics and code are owned by MxMob or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to our pages and your own diagnostic reports. You may not copy or republish our content without permission. Product and brand names such as iPhone, Galaxy and Pixel are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for identification.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MXMOB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, DEVICES, PROFITS OR PURCHASES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

9. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where MxMob is based (Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
