Test the parts built-in tools miss
Manufacturer diagnostics check that hardware is connected, but they rarely test everything you use. The MxMob laptop test runs in the browser and checks each key on the keyboard, the trackpad, the webcam, speakers, microphone, real Wi-Fi speed, USB ports and overheating, then gives you a shareable report. Frequently asked questions
What if F2 diagnostics doesn’t appear on my HP?
The UEFI diagnostics may have been removed from the drive. HP lets you install it again from its support site, or you can create a bootable diagnostics USB drive. Meanwhile, run the MxMob laptop test in your browser.
How do I check HP laptop battery health?
Run HP Support Assistant’s battery check, run the battery test in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics, or run powercfg /batteryreport in Command Prompt and compare Full charge capacity with Design capacity.
