MyASUS System Diagnosis
- Open MyASUS (install it from the Microsoft Store if it’s missing).
- Go to Customer Support › System Diagnosis.
- Run a scenario such as battery, boot or performance problems, or Hardware Check for the memory, storage and battery.
Battery and BIOS
- In MyASUS › Device Settings, Battery Health Charging limits charging to extend battery life.
- Run powercfg /batteryreport in Command Prompt to see real battery capacity.
- Press F2 at startup to open the BIOS and confirm the processor, memory and storage.
